Shipping Methods

We ship our products within Germany with DHL.

All orders are carefully packaged and usually dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment being received.

As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email, including tracking.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the order process and shown clearly before you complete your order.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days within Germany. In exceptional cases (e.g. high order volumes or public holidays), there may be slight delays.

If a parcel can’t be delivered and is returned to us, we’ll get in touch with you to agree on how to proceed.
